We offer inspections of condominiums, town-homes and twin homes beginning at $225.00

A Sellers Inspection may require a nominal second inspection fee.  Please discuss this with the inspector at the time of service.

Pricing includes a noninvasive inspection; a comprehensive home inspection report, with photographs, uploaded to our password secure website; the report will be available within 12 hours of the inspection and then available for your to access and view at your convenience.  We do not claim to offer your report onsite. The inspector, if necessary, needs the ability to carefully research areas of concern and offer resources for the customer to solve these problems. If necessary a hard copy will be made available.  Payment must be received by the time of service.
